Letter from the Chairperson

Namaste Delegates,

My name is Aarav Singh Sisodiya. It is my immense pleasure to serve as the chairperson of the International Committee for Sports and Education, ICSE, at the Shishukunj North Campus Model United Nations Conference 2025. I warmly welcome you to this conference.

I am currently in the 11th grade and opted for the science stream. I aim to pursue a career in artificial intelligence, a field that keeps me motivated. I am also a die-hard fan of sci-fi, thriller, and fantasy movies.

From the Cold Wars to finding a new global currency, I’ve had a different MUN experience every single time, and this one makes no difference from those experiences. From being a delegate to being a chairperson, it's been quite a change for me. Now it's my turn to train delegates for a fantastic journey ahead.

I will be more than happy to answer all of your questions, as many as you want, as I have been through the same stage. I also wish to make this MUN your most memorable one with the help of interesting and engaging committee sessions, which won’t let you doze off during our discussions.

COMMITTEE DESCRIPTION

ICSE, the International Committee for Sports and Education, is a visionary initiative built to advocate equal access to sports and education for underserved people worldwide. Set up by a fervent group of changemakers, ICSE aims to bridge social and economic gaps by advocating for inclusive policies and collaborating with various nations for a better change. The committee tries to open doors to opportunity for young people, particularly in undeveloped areas. ICSE strives to create a field where every child has the chance to thrive.

AGENDA DESCRIPTION

This agenda focuses on approaching strategies to upgrade accessibility to sports and education, with a special emphasis on underserved regions across South Asia. Acknowledging the critical role both sectors play in youth empowerment and community development, this conference will explore challenges such as social and economic barriers, gender inequality, and poor infrastructure. Access to quality education and inclusive sports opportunities remains a pressing challenge across South Asia. Opportunities.
